The hotel was in a stunning location so close to other neighbouring facilities / bars / restaurants, great shopping centres and the seafront. The staff were eager to help, and always with a cheerful greeting.

The setting of hotel was tranquil, in the evening when everyone is back at the hotels in the area. And we were really close to Majorca in the future, the restaurant which was great and a more chilled experience, and the bay and the coast.

The place is fantastic and fairly clean, everything is amazing, it should have higher than 4 star rating. The room is immaculately clean and there are outstanding views of the sea. 33 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in a lot nicer areas in Majorca.

The room was impeccably clean and airy with a view & what a view and they provided wake-up service when I asked. Accommodating, superbly friendly staff were eager to help. The location was marvellous and magnificent, you can visit Santa Ponsa Beach by walking.

The room we were upgraded at no charge to was a nice size and included a balcony, a coffeemaker, and a safe box. It offered us comfortable location really close to restaurant which was very good, a local supermarket, and the taxi rank by a random bus driver. Visited Molino de Santa Ponsa, located at a moderate distance from the venue.

I greatly enjoyed my stay: the room was spotlessly clean and airy with a separate bedroom, the staff were eager to help to make me feel welcome. The location was magnificent in a taxi to Palma where there is great shopping centres. After long day I visited The Burger Bar for a couple of drinks.

Overall a very relaxing stay for a leisurely vacation. Fairly clean place with pleasant view over the cliff to the sea. Quick check-in and late check-out, amazingly kind staff. Functional, airy room with an outdoor bathroom and a shower, a hair dryer, and a spa bathtub. The location gorgeous and magnificent on top of the hill.

I appreciated the sleek-style building and my extremely spacious and luxurious room with separate bedroom. The stuff where eager to help whole time. The location was awesome - very close to the restaurant Atanas, a taxi to Palma where there is great shopping centres and shore. It also was directly on top of a tented area.

Thank you for an exceptional stay of our 6 day visit. It has both well-trained and exceptionally helpful staff. The breakfast is fresh and savoury even for vegetarians, had good food. We recommend the hotel to all.

The most superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating staff I ever met. The pool was nice and I had delicious drinks in the pool bar. I could park the car on site. The location in a downstairs lounge area was fab and gorgeous and there were a market and a local supermarket nearby. I was happy to find Restaurante Miami, it was not very far from the hotel and served nice food.

All in all everything was really perfect, had an exceptional stay during the summer holidays. We liked the prestige junior suite which was a nice size with excellent breakfast. The location was comfortable in a very very nice area, next to the main restaurant for lunch, the sea from the rocks and the outskirts of Santa Ponsa.

We only stayed here for 7 nights, as we didn't have time, but everything was excellent. Got savoury breakfasts with salads and pastas, for example. The location was stunning and enviable, at a walking distance from Molino de Santa Ponsa. It took us 33 minutes to drive to this pleasant and sleek accommodation from the airport.
